GIST PIANO CENTER CELEBRATES 100 PARTNER TEACHERS WITH NEW P.I.E. PROGRAM
LOUISVILLE and LEXINGTON, KY, January 20 – Gist Piano Center’s Nationally-Acclaimed Partners In Education piano teacher outreach program reached a landmark 100-member milestone this month and Gist Piano Center is celebrating the program’s success with the launch of a new Partners In Education Platinum program. The new Platinum program will be available to Partners In Education teachers who have been especially active during 2013 and will function much like a loyalty program – complete with enhanced rewards, increased cross-promotion and even a P.I.E. Platinum commemorative plaque.
“We hope the new Platinum benefits will supercharge the P.I.E. program for our most active teachers and give everyone a sense of what is possible when we work this closely together,” said James Harding, Director of Marketing for Gist Piano Center. “More than ever, the success of Kentuckiana’s musical community depends on our cooperation with local educators. Together, we work to build a musical future for Kentucky and Southern Indiana.”
Partners In Education began with six piano teachers in 2009 and has grown dramatically with the development of industry-leading community programs, such as “Hollywood Nights,” “The Happiest Recital on Earth,” and “Halloweekend.” Now the largest program of its kind in the United States, Partners In Education is working to enhance educators’ teaching experience, to provide students with meaningful musical memories, and to give families the information they need in order to make good decisions for their children’s musical education.
P.I.E. Platinum provides added benefits to active P.I.E. teachers, including exclusive discounts, backstage passes, a commemorative studio plaque and a free professional website.
